I use my magnetic eye mask every night and if I do get a migraine it definately helps. Even my husband who suffers from migraines a lot and has prescription medication for it swears by the mask. He doesn't even take the tablets anymore. I have to buy him a black mask but he will happily use my pink one if migraine comes on. Lol
