Estimated Delivery Timeframes:

• Australia: 3 to 15 business days (up to three calendar weeks)

• International: 10 to 30 business days, depending on the destination

 

Please note that most orders are delivered within 10 business days. Dispatch occurs Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Important: Delivery estimates are provided by Australia Post and are indicative only. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

Delivery charges​

Australia:

- AU$5.00 for orders under AU$100

- Free delivery for orders of AU$100 or more

International:

- AU$30.00 - for orders under AU$300

- Free delivery for orders of AU$300 or more

If your parcel contains incorrect items, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue promptly.

Returns & Exchange Policy

 

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Requirements:

• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

• Products that have been used, worn, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund and will be returned to the sender.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

 

Return Process:

Before returning any item, please contact us via email at contact@magnetic-jewellery.net and provide the following details:

• Your full name

• Your order number

• A brief description of the reason for the return or exchange

Once we confirm your request, you may send the item back to the return address provided below.

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If the item you receive is faulty or differs from its description, we will issue a full refund, including the cost of return postage, to your original method of payment.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene considerations, the following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Magnetic earrings

• Magnetic eye masks

• Magnetic slippers

 

Warranty on Defects

All products purchased from MAGNETIX Wellness Australia are covered by a 12-month warranty against material and manufacturing defects.

To make a claim:

• You do not need to return the product.

• Please send a clear photo showing the issue to our email address.

• Once the defect is confirmed, we will issue a replacement or full refund, according to your preference.
