Delivery, Exchanges and Returns
We deliver worldwide. Delivery within Australia may take from 3 to 15 business days (three calendar weeks), to other countries - from 10 to 30 business days. Most orders will be delivered within 10 business days.
Dispatch of orders takes place Monday to Friday.
The shown time of delivery is provided by Australia Post. We can not guarantee this time frame.
Delivery costs are:
- AU$5.00 - on orders below AU$100
- Free - for orders over AU$100
Rest of the world:
- AU$30.00 - for orders below AU$300
- Free - for orders over AU$300
Please contact us if you found any damage or mistakes in your delivery.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You can return a product up to 30 days from the date you received it. Please keep the receipt. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it as well as its packaging. The items that were used won't be refunded and will be sent back to you.
In the event that the item you received is faulty or does not match its description, then a full refund (including postage costs) will be made to its original payment method.
There is no refund or exchange on magnetic earrings, magnetic eye masks and magnetic slippers (for hygienic reasons).
Please note that we do not cover return postage costs. The refund will be issued as soon as the item has been returned to us.
Material defects and manufacturing defects are covered by the 12-month guaranty. In this case you do not need to send us the faulty goods, we only request a photo of the product to see what's wrong with it. Please contact us to let us know if you would like an exchange or a full refund.
